Returned an Amazon item last week and the chap could not be more helpful or polite. Fast forward 1 week and I had another item to return using their pack, label and return service. The person who was working today was a different proposition altogether. I handed him the item and asked if I could return it please. He refused to pack it. I showed him the email that Amazon sent telling ne what to do and that they would pack it. He started shouting that I can't tell him how to do his job. Called me a crazy man and threw the item back at me. I stated that I would complain about his attitude to Amazon and he became aggressive. He then realised that there was another customer watching it all and backed down and packed the item. Avoid this place at all costs.

Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. Have a large array of food drink and stock. Best corner in Cheshire

Nice friendly place, beer prices are competitive. Has good supply of fresh snacks, Would recommend.
