        Mark and his team cleaned my carpets last week, the amount of dirt that came up was embarassing,,, but they looked so much better when they had finished.. Great service.

        Quoted to include scotch guard- then didnt bring it, made me call the office who denied wed requested. Then charged for inclusion. When challenged insisted he charged as he was waiting for us to book in to have the carpet scotch guarded (??) at which point he then admitted it was included. Ive also just checked in more detail and found debris under one of beds so it hasnt even been cleaned. And had to point out general stains that needed cleaning after. Waste of time money and added stress. Give this service a miss
