The car was very dirty and when got home there was bits still dirty

Not being from the area first impressions looked good and well laid out Watching how they washed the car in front of me I wasnt impressed Washing my car I had to stop them using a brush to prevent scratches on my car as the brush was dirty They didnt pre wash my car to get the bulk of the dirt off the car but used wash mitts that were full of grit and dirty One of the reasons that attracted me to this wash was they advertised air dry as we know how when driving after a wash you get water streaks all over your car I had the silver and didnt see no sign of air being available or certainly while drying my car I was in there probably 30 minutes and come out of there and went straight to the Shell garage over the road my wheels were still dirty and parts of my car hadnt been touched and was still dirty Definitely not dried For 12 it was a awful job and probably will see scratches in the paintwork of my car due to dirty mitts and trying to use a brush Never again Awful
