Paul and Carl were absolutely fantastic. Turned up early every day for a major damp issue we had affecting the whole ground floor. They worked tirelessly from the minute they arrived to the minute they left each day. They hoovered, mopped, cleaned so well that my partner wanted them to come back every day as she hates a dirty house! They did rendering, plasterwork, damp work, so much in 4 days. Seriously, we could not recommend this company enough. Trustworthy, very reasonably priced, friendly, courteous, respectful and honest.

Wayne came out as part of a free consultation service. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice on how to treat our problem. He did this knowing that it would mean it would be much cheaper for us to do the job ourselves.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY CARRY OUT WORK WITH A PROMISE OF 20 YEARS WARRANTY BUT THEY WORK IS NOT GOOD AND THEY REFUSE TO FULFILL THEIR DUTIES WITH THE WARRANTY. TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE WARRANTY. THEY HAVE CARRIED OUT SOME WORK FOR US ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES BUT THESE STILL HAVE DAMP AND THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE WORK THEY DID. WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM

DO NOT USE. We hired DS to damp proof most of our ground floor earlier this year. This including the damp proof course and plastering to finish. They sent a one-man team who was clearly not that professional and was not clearly working for the company. Voiced our concerns but they assured. Everyday he left vast amounts of mess and tools out, including buckets of unused mixed plaster etc. The ground floor was near unusable while he was here. We have no idea if the damp proof was done to a decent standard now, especially after what happened next. The plastering overall is beyond SUB-PAR, its very poor. I could and have done a better job myself on other rooms since. Thats how poor it is. A couple of months later we now have cracks across most the walls forming and the company want nothing to do with us or are willing to discuss fixing or compensating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are not reputable or professional in any way.
