TSB Bank

So somebody lodged money into my account after buying a car from me and basically from what the bank have told me the account used to send the money to my acc was a fraud account something to do with money laundering because what ever they were doing was illegal, my account got frozen too. I was asked to provide why i was expecting that particular some of money (13000 pound), after writing a 4 page letter and providing reciepts and invoices for who bought my car and where i originally bought my car from i was told it was not a good enough answer and wont give me my money, all because of someone elses wrong doing ?? How does that work ?? 4 months this is still going on, ive now had to get a solicitor o to getting my moneys back which will cost me prob half my car money. Needless to say i opened a LLOYDS BANK account and they have been nothing but helpfull and a much more professional outfit, feels like tsb were always a backstreet type of buisness after having the please of letting LLOYDS BANK look after my banking needs now.

Service is always friendly but the opening hours are literally a joke and i suspect it wont be long before this branch is closed down like many others.

Tried to use this branch several times its rarely open, when it is its usually busy with long q's. It closes in June! Think banks have deliberately offered poor counter service, and lack of facilities to eventually justify the closure of branches. I witnessed a very confused old gentlemen trying to access his funds last week, he was struggling in branch to withdraw funds or access his account. The chance of him being able to use on line banking was zero! What happens to these people!

One person on the counter and a que of 10 people. It's a rubbish branch.

The ATM is always out of order. Meaning unless you can go to the bank during the day there is no way to deposit money. I've complained often to TSB but it doesn't ever change.
