        If you like to be miss informed (by various member of the team including reception and vet) about payments due or wait long times for your turn it's great place! After now third time being overcharged for treatment and refusing to pay I was threated about more charges. I've tried to resolve it but it's like banging your head against the wall ... NOT recommended! Note: I have been with them for three years and they looked after 4 of my pets..had enough

        It can sometimes be tricky to get a convenient non-urgent appointment unless booked a way ahead. Emergency service excellent. Thee is always a warm welcome.
