        Rude, ungrateful assistants lining their pockets at the expense of the charity. What goes out the back door should be in the shop, not the tatty, overpriced rubbish that is on the shelves. When you can get to the shelves, that is. Like the previous reviewer, I have also experienced assistants wanting to know what you've 'got' in case they've missed a trick. Used to donate here but no longer bother. Go to the RSPCA a little further up the road. It's brilliant!
