Biddiscombes of Winscombe

We are so incredibly pleased with our new carpet but most impressive of all was the amazing service from beginning to end. Jamie was very helpful and informative when we were in the shop and demonstrated a depth of knowledge and understanding that really helped when deciding what carpet we should go for. We went to Carpet Right straight after and spent about 2 minutes in there as the experience was night and day. Due to works at our new house we had to delay installation for a week, no problem was the response, amazing. Then on the day after it was jokingly asked if there would be a large enough off cut for an area downstairs that wasnt planned, Jamie somehow found a way to make it possible! Unbelievable. We cannot say how happy we are with the whole experience and we already have family who are planning on using Biddiscombes for their own carpet installation. Highly recommended!

Great service and advice. Brilliant carpet. Fantastic fitting. Really happy with the finished result - thank you very much. Would certainly use again, and highly recommend.

I would give it no stars but that is not allowed - shop shut despite opening hours, left message as per door - response over a week later - no good if need flooring now! Appreciate COVID - however other shop in village was open and managed to quote and almost lay floor before this one could be bothered to respond!!!
