A well run retirement housing complex with a wonderful warden who keeps things running smoothly.

I know a couple of people who have moved here and have settled in well. Small apartments with a double bedroom, shower room and toilet, hall with large storage cupboard, small lounge with large storage cupboard and kitchen with adequate space to cook and bake if desired. As the buildings was built approximately 35+ years ago refurbishment is recommended to make the space feel homely. There are always people around to look out for each other, communal spaces for gathering together, and a shared laundry to keep things clean. Within the complex there are different housing options and the grounds are beautifully manicured as well. It seems that many people in our culture move to sheltered housing long after they would ultimately benefit from the community style of living.
