        Very pleased with Drs and Reception. The receptionist seemed to type notes then passed to relevant service.

        My partner was left in tears after speaking to the receptionist. My 5 year old daughter had been suffering with a high temperature and my partner was looking for the reassurance as a very concerned parent from a DOCTOR that we were doing all things. Please advise if the receptionists are medically trained Doctors down at Winscombe surgery. I have also previously experienced extremely poor attitude from the receptionists at Winscombe Surgery, however once you get through the gate keeper no negative comments to say regarding the actual Doctors.

        Unfortunately we've had a few admin issues with this surgery. A couple of years ago they forgot twice to send details for a referral which led to a very long delay for us. Again in the last couple of weeks another referral should have been sent and again the doctor has not sent it! Luckily I chased it up early this time due to our past experience. So frustrating and disappointing!
