Home Farm Cottages (in Somerset)

Just got back from a long weekend at Home Farm Cottages. We are a family of 5 and stayed in The Granary. We had the most amazing stay and are already looking at when we might be able to visit again. The cottage surpassed our expectations and had everything you could possibly need, was clean and beautifully presented. Home Farm is in a rural hamlet within easy reach of Cheddar, Wells and Weston-Super-Mare, making it a perfect base for visiting most of Somersets attractions. Thank you so much for a fantastic few days away.

Location close to M5 (but not too close). Convenient for local attractions. Quiet spot in a small village. EV charger available. Well-equipped cottages. Some furniture requires updating. Food & drinks: Lots of local eateries recommended in cottage information.

New owners! as we had stayed here before we noticed big changes. We felt very unwelcome and like we were squatting and thay couldn'twait for us too leave. Communication on returning messages very slow. Cottage damp and leeks and needing a spring clean. Shower room plug had a full head of hair in it and it wasn't ours. Sofas smelting like wet dog(we are dog owners) hopefully new owners will make this work but sadly we won't return. I know and appreciate it's hard work but it's a lifestyle. Half the battle is a friendly smile and a few words. This is the perfect location and accommodation has that special comfort but is lost in the handling of the owners.
