The state in which my car was returned to me today is absolutely shocking! The outside of the car is filthy, and the inside is covered in paint, all over the leather seats. My car went back for them to rectify a fault in the paint work that they originally repaired, and theyve shown a total disregard and professionalism towards my car and me. I was told by the person that brought my car back that it had been valeted inside, so I opened the door to check the repair to find paint all over the leather seats, front and back. Absolutely shocking treatment to a six month old BMW. I phoned straight away to complain only to be told that the manager wasnt available, surprisingly. They were meant to get back to me today and they havent, surprisingly. I will be getting a professional valet and billing the Vella group for the cost. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS! Im not sure why I cant respond to your reply but the repair isnt much better than when it went to you for the second time. After washing the car, because you returned it filthy, when the sun catches the metallic paintwork I can see every mark that your polisher has made. So its not much better and its in the hands of the insurer to sort out now. Service: Body & Trim
