I have toddler twins and find soft play areas stressful as my little ones never want to play in the same area and run off in different directions. At Pineapple and Bear no matter where I am within the soft play I can see my little ones 100% of the time. This is the only soft play I can bring them to and enjoy the experience stress free. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I can't thank the owner enough for helping me get both little ones into the changing room which is a task when I am alone. I can't recommend this soft play enough! An added bonus is that the coffees, meals and cakes are delicious! All of the above are the reasons why I am a regular customer of Pineapple and Bear

We had our daughters 3rd birthday party here today - service was outstanding, food was delicious and the whole operation from set up to clear down was slick. The kids had a blast and the coffees/cakes for the grown ups were perfect. Definitely recommend!

Such a pleasent experience at Pineapple and Bears yesterday, the staff were so attentive and the softplay itself was so clean. Very refreshing to see. I had a kinder latter which was out of this world and my partner had a cookie slice which we will deffinatley be back for more of.
