        Been coming to the woods for years to connect with nature, Obviously there's the Cheviots, Scotland and the Lakes but Thornley is on our doorstep.

        Nice little walk, fantastic for dogs. Paths are well maintained went during some pretty bad rain and very little puddles although I would recommend wellys or boots. There is a bin at the entrance but did spot any anywhere else. Parking is a can be awkward as not much space especially when you park just off the roadside.
