I was not given a receipt detailing the work carried out for a boiler service that was done landlord alongside a landlord gas certificate despite asking for it many times. I was told that my new boiler has been installed incorrectly but no details given or receipt for the money I was charged. They will say different I'm sure but I found this company hard to communicate with and would not want to use them again.
