Ryan and his team removed my old patio that another company had not installed correctly and as a result it was now flooding and basically falling apart. They carried out a full excavation, then installed a sub base and then laid the old paving slabs along with some new ones because the patio was being extended. The garden slopes from the back fence towards the house and as a result the patio and grass near the patio would flood, so they installed a land drain. We have recently had a lot of heavy rain and the land drain is definitely working with there being no flooding. The rest of the garden was then landscaped with new flower beds being dug and filled with new soil, a water feature added, new turf laid and a stepping stone pathway installed down the middle of the garden. We also had a new fence installed. Ryan and his team were very neat and tidy workers. No skip was required because everything is removed from site and is reused or recycled at their yard.
