        100% recommend Pure MSK. Nick is brilliant, checks your ok throughout your treatment. Has given me lots of tips to manage back/glute pain, which has improved my running heaps.

        Been seeing Sophie on and off for a couple of years and will always recommend her. I needed more frequent treatment in the early days but now I barely see her- maybe once every three months for a tune up. Love her holistic philosophy on health and healing and that seeing me less is the sign that it's working. I used to be uncomfortable everyday and now my back isn't something I even think about. She is so kind and gentle, always seems like what i feel is important and we can go at my pace. Completely trust her. She will always be my first call for any pain or injury.

        I was a bit anxious when I first booked with Nick as I am not a fan of new things, but boy was I wrong! Now i have been visiting him for over 2 months and my back has now given me a new lease of life! Highly recommend Pure MSK, Nick has been fantastic and calming and would advise anyone to book in. Keep up the good work PureMSK!
