Our woodburner was brought and installed 10 years ago from this business, and this was 1st time it needed to be overhauled. 2 fellas showed up at the time booked and checked the concerns we had. While one checked if they may have parts on the van, the other got on with sweeping. At same time he checked on line for exact parts we needed as he said it would be cheaper and quicker to get parts delivered to our address, if we needed assistance we could book an appointment to fit pieces in. So that i didn't forget or write the parts incorrectly, he sent an email to me with all the parts required. He made no mess when cleaning chimney. An invoice was emailed the following day, and payment was taken immediately. Our fireplace is working again as parts arrived within 2-3 days later. Thanks to Wingham Woodburning Stoves for fitting the stove 10 years ago and for the work your representatives did on your behalf. Information supplied for replacement parts was helpful and reliable. Wingham Woodburning Stoves did a very good job installing our County 8. The installers were courteous and explained everything well. Rob and Annabelle were very helpful and pushed everything along. Well done everyone.

Wingham Woodburning Stoves replaced the buckled metal grill and the stove bricks [ one of which was cracked] on my excellent 8yr old Morso S81 stove. They came on time, did an efficient job and left everything clean and tidy. Many thanks.

Avoid any business dealings with Rob Hayward at Wingham Woodburning Stoves Ltd. After almost 4 months (from mid Aug 2022) of false promises, the repair of my stove was not completed and his dumping of my stove parts in the street 4 houses away from mine - minus the parts he had lost. Rob had initially cited he had the required pieces and the repair would potentially be done by the end of the week with a slightly longer wait for the replacement door glass. However, the only action undertaken in the 4 month period was the ordering of the replacement glass for the stove and only after my very frustrated call to the company - one of many I was forced to make. The measurements for the glass Rob ordered were so far out that while he tried to bodge a fit, this was altering the integrity of the seals and potentially causing a hazard when used. He also managed to lose the specialist glass clips required to hold the glass in place, and a grate bar which I had left with him to aid the repair. His attempt to replace the back plate was not achieved because after 4 month of having the sample piece he realised that was not vermiculite but cast iron vermiculite would not bow in the way this piece had and he should have known immediately that the plate was metal. This man has no respect for his customers safety, and has demonstrated very little knowledge of stoves.
