        We had the misfortune of a VERY long and protracted Sale and purchase - Martin and Annabel at Elgars were amazing - holding the chain together in extremely difficult circumstances, keeping communication going between the various parties and enabling the process to eventually complete. We can't thank them enough for their personal attention, kindness and professionalism. We thoroughly and highly recommend Elgars Wingham .
