Vine Place

You really get to know a company when you have a problem. Unfortunately my Alphard has a problem with the van that has proved difficult locally to get to the bottom of. Vine place have been first class so much so they are taking the vehicle back to sort out for me. I never demanded or expected this and it really is appreciated. Bear in mind I am 175 miles away! Great place to visit if you are looking for a Japanese import vehicle. Staff are really good and friendly and have a wealth of knowledge about their vehicles . They were able to answer all my questions and assure me of the availability of spares and performance. I would highly recommend them.

The people at Vine Place really know what they are doing and go above and beyond to make sure your new car is prepared to a veryhighstandard. I have read a lot of good reviews of Vine Place and after purchasing an Elgrand from them you can tell the reviews are genuine. When we went to look at the Elgrands we were surprised at how many they had in stock. Having owned an Elgrand before we knew what we wanted and they showed us a few that met our needs exactly. The one we picked had already been registered so we were told it could be ready the next week and true to their word it was. Arriving to pick it up and found it had four new tires (not cheap budget ones either), heads up mileage display, tuner for phone etc, had been undersealled and serviced including fitting polybushes to front which a lot of other suppliers of Elgrands don't always do as diligently. We have no worries about our new Elgrand and feel confident that Vine Place will continue to look after our Elgrand and us in the future when any maintenance is required.
