        Initially the work done was great and the lads were great , gave a good explanation. However John the boss was telling my neighbours that he was going to do a report on the findings to which he didn't. We tried phoning him and he would hang up we would text and be ignored, where is the customer care and guarantee... None existent. All he was bothered about was getting the money and running. I feel he's letting everyone down and his reputation is worth nothing. Sad for you John bad business practice. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
