Paul The centre manager was proactive and extremely easy to deal with and gave us a excellent run down of the premise and terms.
We were extremely happy tenants (and at one point the only tenant in the early days)
Had it not been for the fact an office became available for similar costs closer to durham (and more so my home address 5mins rather than 20mins) we would more than likely have still been at EDBC and expanded our operations from there!
Any small business needing space to grow or just get away from the home in east durham this is the place to be!
