North East Carpets

Had my bathroom floor supplied and fitted by North East carpets. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I absolutely love it thanks will be back in few months for my kitchen floor

We deposited 500 and when the material was not available from their end still I had to pay 100 for cancelling the order. No one mentioned about provisional dates when we paid deposit everything was finalised and no one said material was out of stock. Now I am at a loss of 100 for the cancellation of order which they could not deliver on agreed date. Be very careful when dealing with them.

Just had carpet laid from north east carpets and i cant praise this company enough from the salesman to the carpet to the absolutely wonderful pleasant young lad who fit it all for me. Absolutely over the moon. Definitely recommend north east carpets 100%. Fantastic brilliant amazing thats all i can say extremely pleasant. Thank you all

If there was an option for 6 stars Id given it. 10 out of 10 from consultation to installation. Very easy guys to work with product quality was outstanding the detail and craftsmanship from the fitter was a show stopped no bumps all straight on he boards and flat as a duck pond. We will be back 100%! Thanks guys RJ!

Will not recommend them to anyone. We wanted carpets and Laminate for our new house so we approached them. Initially they gave a quote and asked us to pay a deposit of 500. Later on only we read in the invoice that we have to remove and dispose old carpets and Laminate. When I asked them why no one informed me when they gave the quote nor before the payment of deposit, they did not have an explanation. They were supposed to supply carpets on the 8th. But nearing the time of carpet delivery and installation they said, my specific selection, of carpet is unavailable from the manufacturer. They said that they were not sure when the carpet will arrive and it might take more than 2 weeks to know as well. Due to this reason I started seeing for other suppliers who can deliver on time or before our planned date. We were supposed to move to our new house in few weeks time and without carpets it's not possible so I asked North East carpets to return my deposit as I wanted to proceed where they have everything in stock. But they said they cannot refund the full amount and that we can choose another carpet that is in stock. I told them many times that it's not my fault they showed me a sample that's not in stock and that they are not keeping up to their word of installing. They kept on insisting that they bought other carpets and Laminate and for returning they need to pay and that comes from our deposit. They didn't want to refund my money. I have never heard of such an excuse to rip me off money. If they did not have that particular carpet in stock they should have told me earlier but they took my money and waited for 2 weeks to give me such an information. They deducted 100 from my deposit. Worst service. They sweet talk and take your money. Always ask for the quote and stock of the item you are seeing.
