        We stopped for lunch prior to visiting the very interesting Ascot House which is nearby, the food was well presented by cheerful staff.

        Nice pub with its own off-street carpark. It is a good size pub either lots of seating to eat. There is a pool table, restaurant and normal bar area. Staff were all friendly and food decent for the price.
