        I bought a massage pad a few years ago (awesome product by the way! totally recommend and my Osteopath thinks they are great for using between treatments!). Eariler this year, it stopped working so i contacted Equilibrium and they were willing to try everything in order to fix it. As the pad was still (only just) under warranty, they sent another battery to try and when that didnt work, they had the pad sent in to be fixed! It was sent in after the warranty date and they still covered all of the costs, and gave me a discount code to use to cover the postage costs for sending it in! I have now ordered more All Sports boots and cant wait to use them on the polocrosse pitch next year! Awesome service, even when postage got a bit chaotic at my end! Great team, brilliant products and a lovely experience!!!
