Impossible to get an appointment, I don't have the time to sit on the phone all day.

The morning scrabble for an appointment is, sadly, typical but if we keep cutting the NHS what do we expect? The country doesn't have enough doctors. Why should this practice have a magic supply? The whole team works well. I think the GPs, locums, practice nurses and reception team are professional and polite.

If you need an appointment with a doctor, you ring at 8am to find yourself in a very long queue. If you don't get through during that time, you try again the following day or have to call 111. This is no way to provide any kind of service.

This used to be a great surgery but has really gone down hill. The Doctors are no longer interested in seeing patients and prefer to try and guess over the phone what is wrong. It is ridiculous as there is no reason for it now the Covid pandemic has gone. It is under staffed and extremely difficult to get an appointment with a regular Dr. The family GP appears to be a thing of the past!
