Going Line Dancing with Adrian and Sara is the highlight of my week. I get some exercise, use my brain and enjoy myself with such a lovely bunch of diverse people. Whats not to love. Adrian and Sara are the perfect hosts as they combine expertise with the joy of dance and their enthusiasm is infectious. You always come away feeling better than before. I highly recommend this lovely couple and their beautiful dog as their presence in your life will only ever enhance it. In a world that seems to be so full of bad news all the time lately, this class restores the balance and will bring joy and laughter back in to your heart. Just take that first step and you will not regret it, very warm and welcoming.

We've been enjoying the dance classes, weekends away and organised events for at least 14 years. Adrian and Sara are excellent teachers. There style is to dance for fun, fitness and pleasure not to win competitions (which is just as well as far as we are concerned). Come along, you won't be disappointed. Paul and Hazel.

I have been going to line dancing with Sara in Wing on both a tuesday and friday morning for the past 18 months. It is a thoroughly enjoyable and social class, everybody is really friendly and we always stop for a chat and a cup of coffee half way through the class!! Sara is a fantastic teacher, she is very good at explaining and going through all the dances and also makes it a fun and relaxed morning!! We do a variety of different dances from slow to fast line dances to lots of different music. The line dancing class is very enjoyable, great fun and such good exercise, would highly recommend it!! :-)
