Swannys Campsite

What an amazing little campsite , beautifully looked after ,clean all round, peaceful, hot showers,firepit ,toilets ,charging point,fridge and local information. Ground is flat! X2 feilds to choose from and phone signal . Short walk down a lane and perfect for little ones to ride down. 10 mins drive from durdledoor! 15mins from a sainsburys but there are shops closer .. Owners are lovely kind and talkative Worth 20pernight ! Definitely recommend

The most beautiful campsite with amazing owners, we only intended staying one night but enjoyed the site and atmosphere so much we stayed a second. Swannys have toilets & showers which are both cleaned daily, drinking water, a fridge & electric lead for phones etc. They are dog friendly & I must say I think Hugo had as much fun with other dogs at the site. I couldnt recommend this site enough, its a 30 second walk to the closest pub (the countryman inn) or 10 minutes to the red lion where the food was incredible! Such a beautiful friendly pub. We had breakfast at the rainbow cafe, again a 4 minute walk. Thank you so much again, we will be returning xxxx

Excellent campsite and very welcoming hosts. I booked the site earlier in the year for a mixed group, several kids and furry friends. It was a hot sunny weekend, a fridge freezer was made available for use and lots of buckets of water put out for fire safety. Doug kindly set us up a fire each night we were there which brought the group together in the evenings and was thoroughly enjoyed. The shack showers are lovely and warm and have good water pressure. There are two sets of toilets which Pat cleaned every morning, everyone commented on how spotless they were and how welcoming and friendly the owners were. Extra toilet roll was available, we often run out with groups so this was great to see. We also had access to a socket for charging phones and blowing up air beds. The campsite is perfectly located, easily accessible from main roads, cafes, restaurants, takeaways all within a short drive and within easy reach of Durdle door, Lulworth cove and other fantastic spots. Thanks to Pat and Doug for allowing our group to visit, we had the most amazing weekend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Owners are absolutely lovely, toilets are spotless, showers nice and warm pitches are level nice little fire pit in center with surrounding benches brings the site together with great atmosphere. Literally a 10 min drive to Durdle door 20 mins to Weymouth and 25 to island of Portland 20 min to knoll beach .

There is a firepitch in the middle of the field. The two showers are at a good temperature. The toilets are clean. In a separate room there is a large refrigerator that you can use and there is power to charge devices. Owner Doug is a very friendly man who does everything to make your stay as good as possible. De pitches zijn ruim van formaat en door de bomen er omheen is er plek om in de schaduw te staan. Midden op het veld is er een firepitch. De twee douches zijn goed op temperatuur. De wcs zijn schoon. In een aparte ruimte staat een grote koelkast die je mag gebruiken en is er stroom om apparaten op te laden. Eigenaar Doug is een erg vriendelijke man die er alles aan doet om je verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken. Wij waren er een midweek en vrijwel als enige. Super dagen gehad! Thnx!!!
