        I cant recommend Helen enough. She is fantastic when I have my reflexology. Ive been going to her for quite a few years and will carry on doing so for many more.

        Ive had a number of massages and reflexology sessions with Helen over the last four years. Its always been a very good experience. The massages are wonderfully relaxing at the time and definitely leave my back in a more flexible and balanced state. Ive not had reflexology for any specific issues but I always feel wonderful afterwards.
