Was left to look around the HQ and photo the panda cars at will. Common sense with a friendly vibe here

Is this the most corrupt police force in the UK?! With bullying of victims rife. Ignoring evidence. Ignoring victims pleas for help. Deliberately provoking the public into altercations for fun/sport. Twisting situations so the victim is the guilty party. Wasting hundreds of hours doing everything they can to do nothing. Failing to log complaints. Failing to deal with complaints. Failing to respect the public. Failing to comply with PACE. And just being out and out bullies.
