Very impressed with D&B. Just purchased a used c200 from out of town and after taking to D&B am very reassured about my new car. Checked it over for me, totally knowledgeable, answered all my questions and sorted all things that needed sorting and advised me of the things to do another time. As a result, I have found my new garage and am now confident about my new car. Thank you!

I can honestly say that this is the best car services place Ive ever used . From my initial enquiry over the phone regarding my sons Mercedes potential timing belt problem which mechanics at another Mercedes Approved workshop had advised us that the chain belt needed to be replaced as a matter of urgency at a cost of 16000 I felt immediately reassured and totally confident in the knowledge and integrity of dandbautos. Michelle the incredibly helpful and amazingly knowledgeable person that I spoke to asked me a few questions about the nature of my enquiry and took the make model and year of the car and within seconds advised me that this particular model has a specific timing chain defect related to the chain becoming slightly slack and went on to advise me of the most likely causes of the problem along with the relatively simple remedial measures to address it , Michelle advised me that from her long and clearly informed career in Mercedes mechanical services that although she couldnt rule out replacement of the chain being required she was quietly confident much lesser repairs would sort it. Michelle booked me in quickly and the guys I met when I dropped off the car were very friendly helpful and courteous. They even managed to squeeze in a service on the car which I hadnt requested when I booked it in . Michelle rang me later that same day with great news about the belt which meant her initial thoughts were bang on and she gave me a quick summary of a few minor things the engineers had identified during the servicing. None of which were intended at making me spend more money as each defect was given an advisory for when ideally they should be addressed which was really honest and genuinely helpful. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic company Thanks for all your help guys Ill not use anyone else in the future.
