We checked and researched a number of Bathroom designers and installers before deciding to employ Angel to completely renovate, refurbish and install two new bathrooms at our North Somerset home. We are so pleased we made this decision. From the moment we visited their showroom and were shown the standard of fitting we began to realise they were different to the other bathroom installers we were in discussions with. The level of behind the tiles quality to ensure full water proofing etc was impressive. Angel have been wonderful and so patient when dealing with my exacting expectations regarding finish and service. Im very fussy! Nothing was ever too much trouble and they listened to our requirements with care and consideration always. The designer, Gabriela, is superb with great talent, flair and passion. She spent a great deal of productive time with us discussing and working hard on ensuring the best designs to suit our needs, tastes and budget. What an eye for design and detail she has. She listened and understood what we were trying to achieve whilst offering her own innovative ideas and considerable knowledge. This rewarding and valuable experience was followed by further great service and attention to detail by the rest of this exceptional team. Glyn is a fantastic professional bathroom fitter who can turn his hand to anything, always with a smile and determination to resolve any challenge however tricky. He was a pleasure to have in our home and is highly skilled with great attention to detail and finish. Jon is also a true professional and a highly skilled fitter/electrician who oversees the works and deals with the process with care and attention. You get a sense that its very important to Jon and this family business that we are satisfied as clients. There are invariably issues that arise with renovations, costs to consider and concerns to be ironed out. It was always possible to be frank and honest with this team . Angela and Abby in the office were always on hand with friendly and helpful advice and everyone communicated with us promptly and thoughtfully whenever we needed it. As well as the team members mentioned, who we had most dealings with, there were other members of the team and 3rd party contractors/trades that worked on our bathrooms and all were excellent. They have obviously worked with Angel for some time and seem to have the same commitment to service and workmanship. We have worked with many trades and companies over many years and Angel stand out. We havent experienced any after service with Angel yet as our bathrooms have only just been completed (they are beautiful) but we anticipate that if we had any questions or issues in future they would look after us. Angel are not the cheapest but you feel you are getting value for money because of the care they take and the quality they provide. We would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Angel. Weve now used Angel Interiors for four separate projects (bathrooms, kitchen and now a wider project covering cloakroom, office, hallway, landing and stairs) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Innovative design, a well managed implementation and an eye for detail sets Angel apart for me. The piece of mind from having a fully managed design build is really worth something. Good communication at all stages of the design / build is key and something that Angel excel at. I cannot recommend Angel interiors more highly! The work they have done in transforming my ensuite shower room is outstanding. Their attention to detail, teamwork and quality of work is fantastic. I was particularly impressed with their creativity and initiative - some of the plans to the original design had to be changed slightly in the process. They came up with a solution that I was happy with and kept me updated regularly along the way. Their communication was excellent - they gave clear timeframes for each stage of the works and kept me informed about any changes to these plans!
