        After booking and cancelling pretty much immediately due to circumstances. The owner still took full payment of 100. I called the lady in tears. She didn't care, was really unpleasant on the phone. Took great pleasure out of taking my money when she had already booked up that room so wasn't losing anything with me having to cancelling. She promised she would call me back when I asked if at least I could change the date so I don't lose my money. She blocked my number and when I called off another number she put the phone down. This woman is awful how anyone can do this to someone over Christmas when I explained my circumstances I will never know. No heart. Money grabber.
