        Its the best blue cheese in the world. The one sold in a round, with blue on the wrapper. Mind-expanding. Its just amazing.

        Im am absolutely blown away with the soft blue cheese, literally the best blue cheese Ive ever had , and Ive had a lot of blue cheese. its so smooth and creamy and moorish. 5 stars isnt high enough in my opinion. Havent tried your other cheeses yet, but will do after Ive finished the blue off!

        Excellent cheeses, just enjoying the Gallybagger and the Blue now after arriving in IOW for the week. Their use of unpasteurised milk (Gallybagger) was also reassuringly authentic for the cheese purists out there. Well done and all the best!
