    Disappointing service from Vodafone all around. Ordered an iphone upgrade and decided to collect from store as they had stock available and could collect the next day. When my order was place I received an email saying it was actually out of stock. Two weeks later I receive an email stating the phone is now ready for collection. Went into store only to find the phone wasn't there. Sales assistant was clueless and we eventually walked out none the wiser 25 minutes later. Called Vodafone customer support and eventually got through to a 'human' only to be told the phone had been delivered three days previously and provided me with a tracking number (why?). Vodafone HQ are unable/ unwilling to call the store to locate the phone. No way to call the Windsor store directly therefore will need to visit the store for a third time in person. Unfortunately I'm tied in with another plan otherwise I'd have cancelled outright. Miserable user experience ***Update 13th August*** Three visits to the store, six calls and three messages left for the Store Manager "Musty". Still no phone or have any of my calls been returned. Woeful. Anyone reading this and wishing to take out a new contract or upgrade their phone with Vodafone. Don't. Their customer service is non existent. If at worst you're looking for an upgrade, have the phone shipped to your home address. The Windsor store is ran by a feckless amateurs.
