Used the service 4 time within the last month with no issues. Very efficient, confirmation via email, followed by text on arrival/completion and receipt the following day. Cant complain at all and will definitely use again.

In short, not a reliable service, even though they seem to have good reviews. We organised well in advance, a set of cars to transport our guests between venues at our wedding however during the event, the company decided to cancel one of the cars for no reason, and our guests had to ring the company to resolve the issue. Some of our guests were left waiting almost an hour to finally get picked up. Absolutely one of the worst things that could have happened on what was a very important day for us. We booked a car to go to a wedding in London. The car arrived in good time and our driver was friendly and professional. After the event, our driver picked us up from London which was hassle free. Overall the service enhanced our special day. I'd thoroughly recommend this service and will certainly book again when next needed.
