Introductory swim with Swim Tech: Signed up for my first swim with Agnes & carried out analysis on my front crawl.
I learnt a lot in 1 hour session. The video camera(s) don't lie. The correction of your stroke is reinforced by watching the playback on the screen in the pool.
I came away buzzing from the experience & its given me the kickstart I needed to get back into my swimming again.
I would recommend booking a session & giving this a try. You won't be disappointed!
