As part of a ground floor flat renovation, we wanted to remove a wall to open up the kitchen. Suvida confirmed that it was not a supporting wall and provided a comprehensive illustrated report which was required by the leaseholder to enable us to proceed. A very effective and efficient service and have no hesitation recommending.

I was unfortunately recommended SE Services by a trusted source. Doubtless others have had a good service and perhaps you will as well but my own dealings with them has been nothing short of a disgrace. The first TWO engineer visits were missed due to a disorganised office member. Then the report they produced, which had actually been requested by their SISTER company Structural Repairs, turned out to be usable ONLY by Structural Repairs and no one else. 7 other companies, including some approached by Structural Engineers themselves, would not use the report for the purpose it was needed. At one point, in the subsequent fallout, I recieved emails promising further information would be added to the report by the person dealing with me. A week later when I reminded him of these promises he said hed never sent them, hed been on holiday, and a different person had been sending emails and signing them AS him and that they shouldnt have done this. They have now emailed to tell me they will now cease contact, satisfied that they completed their task, despite their work ONLY being adequate for their SISTER company to use. Probably because they all know each other and so can reassure each other in ways that wouldnt be acceptable to a third party. Maybe youll get a better service when you use them, but beware the detail. Say EXACTLY what you want as otherwise they wont care or worse theyll promise for months to fix things then cut you off as happened to me. Ive wasted months and wasted hundreds of pounds.
