Automatic Gates has been a life saver! We needed a fast repair on our security gate and could not find anyone else to come out in a timely manner. They responded and sent someone out immediately and repaired our gate, but also was very helpful in providing insight and information into what was not working. Outside of their professional service and great quality work, they are very friendly and easy to communicate with about your services. I would highly recommend if you need an automatic gate company!

A*** Service! Highly Recommended Excellent customer care from start to finish! Was referred to them by a family friend and they did not disappoint. Tony at EGRL was able to assess my requirements, giving an insightful explanation of different features with pros and cons which gave me confidence, something I did not feel when speaking to other gate companies who seemed to be out to make a quick buck. EGRL made my decision an easy one. Jay and the team arrived promptly. They were knowledgeable very efficient & clean with their work showing great care and diligence. I had the full install, new intercom gates, outer wall build with perimeter cameras and indoor display. I would definitely recommend EGRL.

Great servicing! They've been super helpful on the phone and via emails at the first stage just to assess the problem with my gate (saving me hundreds of for call out).They ordered a new board and at agreed date the engineer arrived on time and fixed my gate in a couple of hours. He also cleaned all the parts and did the maintenance.
