Excellent beers Typical pub vibe though they didn't have anything other than drinks, not even munchies, on a Tuesday since the Castle is closed for visitors om Mondays and Tuesdays.

Cosy pub with a small but fine selection of ales and beers. Rudy is a fantastic barmaid! She has a warm and friendly personality that made me feel at home as soon as I walked into the bar. She's attentive, always ensuring I hadnt run out and would suggest what I could try next. Rudy is an amazing conversationalist too, with a wealth of knowledge on various topics. Overall, she made my experience at the bar exceptional. Highly recommended.
