This company is a nightmare to get hold of and never come back with any communication of any kind still waiting to have my rentri phone replaced or repaired After many phone calls and emails to companies that have nothing to do with management but they leave their numbers on their voicemail if youre not calling during out of hours the company I spoke to have never heard or dealt with leete management ever! Even though the guy tells me to ring their number if you do manage to get through there is one person Who does take calls who is rather rude and abrupt considering we pay thousands of pounds a year for their services absolute disgrace Entry phone system broken compromises safety deliveries and people trying to access the building visitors etc

This must be the worst property management company in Berkshire. Several phone calls in and still the property managers have failed to return my call to answer a simple but sensible question. There is a group of assistants who appear to be employed to only take messages as they are incapable of answering any question asked and the property managers hide behind them. APPALLING.
