Leete have been managing my building block since I bought my apartment (new build) in 2004. At the start when I was living there they were brilliant right up until i moved out and rented out my apartment in 2016. Went back to check on my investment last year and I was angered at how run down and grubby the building both inside and out has become. It's is obvious to me that the standards have dropped massively. I've complained twice over the last 12 months and have been told that they are waiting on quotes and will respond as soon as they have a date. I am still waiting. Would just like to say thank you to Roque for contacting and discussing my issue. I now feel confident that everything will be sorted out. thanks again.

Absolutely appalling management company never answer any emails no communication had to go to the main office in Windsor in person to sort out a problem because they couldnt be bothered to contact me either by phone or email after the problem was resolved if I could give a half a star I would

How they stay in business is a mystery. Will ruin your property. If you have to go to Australia to give them a wide berth it will be worth it.
