        Customer Service experience - zero Rude with no manners - high Attitude- disappointing Will I return - Never. The Post Office in Vale Road is far better all round.

        Paid for a package via ebay only to realise I hadn't entered the correct weight, Asked the gentleman if I could pay the additional cost. I was told its not my problem you can't pay the extra pay again for the whole package. He was extremely rude and unhelpful, not how I expect to be treated by someone who deals with the public daily. My suspicion was correct when I went to another post office a few minutes down the road. The staff member there was very pleasant and was able to add the additional cost and send my package without any problem at all. There was no need for the staff member at the first post office to behave as he did. I thought customer service was there to help rather than try to scam me into paying for delivery twice. Stay clear!
