I called Lee when a DIY plumbing job I undertook failed, and within 20 minutes of my call (at just before 5.30pm on a Friday) Lee was with me, and within another 30 minutes he had done the work that I couldnt. I said at the time that Lee was a lifesaver, and he really was I would highly recommend Lee and 4U Property Services, and we intend to ask them to quote for some other works we need doing. I could hear water leaking under the bathroom floor so I turned off the mains water and called 4U. They had such a helpful positive attitude to finding the problem, poked around and soon identified a leaking joint just below the floor luckily, so they were able to access it and fix it with barely any impact on the floor tiles. (Another emergency plumber had quoted me 30 times more money for a full Trace & Access service next week.) I was so relieved to be able to turn the water back on! Thanks very much guys. Lee and Lee were both fabulous today. Prompt, courteous and professional. They identified the source of a small leak within minutes where two other plumbers had failed. Fixed the problem in no time. Braided hosing under kitchen sink split at 9.30 on a Sunday morning with water gushing everywhere. Called 4U Property Services and before lunch, the braided hosing was replaced and new tap fitted. First class service. First time have used them and will definitely will use them for other jobs around the house we have got planned.
