Mr Richard Baker successfully operated to cure my trigger finger. He fully explained the options open to me, which as a result I felt confident in both him and his ability as a hand specialist plastic surgeon. Excellent support throughout from his team, who responded quickly and professionally to my enquiries and requests. Staff at the Princess Margaret Hospital were excellent, too.

My partner had a great pleasure to be Mr. Bakers patient due to his issue with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. He said he was amazed with the friendly, professional approach from the very first consultation with Mr. Baker. Mr. Baker explained him the whole process with the details, what is going to happen during the procedure and afterwards. My partner was dealing with the syndrome for many years as he was afraid to go through the surgery, but the way Mr. Baker treated him, gave him confidence that this is the right decision. The procedure itself took just over half an hour and was completely painless. I was in shock to see that my partner could move his fingers the very same day after the procedure, and the recovery was so fast without any issues, we could not believe it. Everything was exactly as Mr. Baker explained and now, I cannot wait for my partner's procedure on his second hand. Mr. Baker is a great surgeon, and my partner said he would recommend his service to everyone looking for a plastic surgeon. Mr. Baker and his secretary were brilliant all the way with answering all our questions and doubts immediately which we did not expect during the COVID19 pandemic. Thank you, Mr. Baker, on behalf of my partner and also from myself for your help and taking care of my partner's hands! It is amazing he can finally live without a pain.
