I had a lesson with Andrea on Saturday and wow it was great to be back in the studio. The whole experience was so professional from start to finish. I felt really safe,the studio was really clean and Andrea had taken every precaution to make me feel relaxed.

Andrea is an amazing woman. She really understands her clients needs and provides a fun, relaxing, hard-working class. I can't recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoy my Monday mornings with her.

Hard to know where to start in my positive feedback for Andrea. Sessions with her have transformed my body and personal sense of wellbeing in the past 5 months. I feel so much stronger and more confident. After years of lower back and hip pain it's wonderful to feel free to move and confident to try new activities. I literally feel 20 years younger than my 55 years now! Andera is the ultimate professional, so supportive - creating individual tailored workouts for me every time I visit and genuinely concerned to shape each session to my personal needs that week. I've tried Pilates in the past over the years, but never met an instructor like Andrea who made me feel so relaxed and good about myself from the very first session. I have moved from once a week to twice a week (and did 3 sessions a week in the summer) because the workouts are so incredible and I can see such progress in my body and mind. I've found regular gym sessions a bit of a chore in the past, but this is completely different. Love working out with Andrea - it's the perfect respite after a busy day's work or sets me up for the day in the morning. I can't recommend Andrea highly enough!
