Simona's Pilates Windsor

Simona is the best Pilates instructor I've had. She is friendly, knowledgeable and caters for all abilities. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's new to Pilates or to people, like myself, who have been doing it for many years.

Professional, friendly Pilates tutor who encourages all clients whatever their age and ability. Simona's classes are very enjoyable because she sets new challenges, but caters for our abilities too.

I was reluctant at first as I did not think it was for me but I took the chance and never looked back. Simona is an amazing lady and her classes are magical. She so makes you feel good and relaxed and her teaching is wonderful as she takes her time to look after every person. I come back feeling relaxed and I can feel the effect it is having. Sometimes I feel two inches taller.

Simona is a fantastic Pilates teacher, very patient and knowledgeable. I feel like new after every lesson; there are different options according with your level. My posture has improved and I am finally working my core and toning my whole body.
