A great studio for training with friendly and supportive staff. Carlo really goes the extra mile with his students and makes you feel like you are in good hands with your Pilates training.

I took the Intensive Mat Pilates course here, and it was brilliant. The instructors are great, and I learnt so much. I enjoyed it so much that I have booked the Refomer course for later in the year! Would recommend to anyone looking to take reformer classes, as well as Pilates courses.

Currently on a STOTT Pilates course here and the facility is excellent with really lovely and passionate staff and instructors. Highly recommended.

Core Windsor is a fabulous Pilates studio. l love how clean and bright it is ...but most importantly the owner Carlo knows what he is talking about . Egil the owner and the staff bring some much fun and dedication to their clients needs . l highly recommend you try out this studio.
