This would have been a 5 star. The breadth of coolness of these personalized photo products are awesome. However I placed an order for Nov 29 and there was an issue on the availability of puzzle pieces and it all ended up being printed on Dec 10 in store over a 3 hour period. In addition there was some puzzle pieces that were white. They offered us a refund and as it wasnt the main part of the puzzle we didnt mind much. Would recommend and use again.
