I found Sy and his team to be a wonderful bunch of people and greatly professional. I arrived, with little notice to a long work trip away, in dire need of some vaccinations. They managed superbly under a busy rush and a bullying gentleman who thought it prudent to shout because he parked his car illegally. Looking forward to seeing them all again, later in the year and giving the team a firm handshake and a thank you.

I unfortunately received the same experience as Richard D today. Incredibly poor and rude service, I responded assertively with my feedback and remained calm throughout. The young lady who served me became more and more aggressive and suggested I was the one being rude, as did the owner. I believe there is a big difference between between being rude, and being confident and assertive when receiving poor service. This used to be a lovely independent chemist under the old ownership, such a shame the new staff don't believe in the same values. I'm sure the owner will respond with he's own version of events, however there is a pattern developing in the reviews being posted.

Love this chemist. I found the staff in this lovely quaint little chemist very friendly when I pop in. They do a fabulous job!

Unfortunately, Saunders have aggressive staff who do not listen, cause confusion and then accuse customers of being abusive. We had booked flu jabs today, but when we showed up on time for our appointment, they had no idea that we were supposed to be there. Eventually the pharmacist seemed to acknowledge that he could do our flu jabs, but by this time there was utter confusion. When we asked if we could have an invoice (as we wished to claim back the money from our private health insurance) the pharmacist suggested we should go elsewhere, for example Boots or Superdrug. We immediately cancelled everything and left, but not before being accused of being abusive. Absolutely unbelievable. We will not go there again.
